Grannie has a shed in her backyard
With a notice that chickens and kids are barred
We are told that its only for potting plants
For Flower beds to be enhanced
We thought we knew Granny well
Enough to know the tales she tells
Keys to the Shed are hidden up high
For little kids its near the sky
She often greets us at the door
while taking our shoes to protect her floor
The smell of coffee often strong with vanilla extract quite a pong
She lets us think that its not to drink
and pours it down the kitchen sink
But we know better as we are wise
Its whiskey and Vodka in disguise
