Motorcycle And Sidecar Blues G MAJOR 123BPM Modern Country Rock

Come watch me ride Sitting astride, the Beezer rocket 3.
Times are changing re-arranging, no trips to the sea.
Remember the days of candy stick rock.
B sides playing on the Juke Box

Satin jackets gold midi frocks,
To hell with the angels, to Brighton with the mods
Kick starts were dangerous wait for the roar.
Ape hangers, T. bars, twin cylinder Bore

Eddy Cochran singing  summer time blues
Watching you dance in high heeled shoes.
I Just love  nostalgia and  motorcycle sidecar blues
I Just love  nostalgia and  motorcycle sidecar blues

My hearts gone cold, the Beezers been sold
Maybe I am getting to old
Radio two is playing brand new key
Johnny Walker till 5 for me

Why is the TV getting on my nerves
I wanna watch your pop bottle curves
I wanna run my fingers thru your hair
Lets take a ride down to the fair

Loons Flares stack Heeled Shoes
Motor Cycle and Sidecar blues.
Cant Imagine not being with you
I love nostalgia and Motorcycle side car blues

Pushed to the limit I made a choice
Leather suits or a gold Rolls Royce.
Saturday flicks and penny chews
Hoppalong Cassidy, blue suede shoes.

Teddy boy got a bootlace
Motorcycle gotta sidecar race

Tiger cubs and metallica toys
The open road and ton up boys
Down  that Whiskey and smoke that grass,
Battery powers now a pain in the ass,

Sidecar nightmare satan's cell.
Motor cycle gone to hell
Time is tight now nothing to lose
I love nostalgia and side car blues

No amount of money can erode the abuse
Motor cycle and sidecar blues.

Butter Side Down

Putting clocks back an hour or two
Liv in the dark, swallow, don’t chew.
Bite the bullet, with soup of the day,
While sat on the stage, singing my way.

Life comes alive when you let yourself feel
These simple truths, they’re more than just real

Play underground in a cold Stone town
But don't drop your toast, butter side down.
When the world feels heavy, your dreams feel out of reach,
Just find the truth in the lessons we teach.

Pour me some water, cast me adrift,
Write me a card, or send me a gift.
My life isn't living it's scary at heart,
Lets leave together or stay well apart

Grill the city, toast the town,
Count to three when butter side down.
Butter side down, oh, it’s a bitter pill,
Kills the reason we know your not real

Take the diversion, wear yellow not blue,
Dream of a ticket while you’re back in the queue.

Butter side down, just dropped to the floor,
Butter side down, may even the score
Getting my kicks in a fool's hall of fame
String-driven thing enjoying this game

Cherry red guitars on a cosmic slide,
Rod Price played blues until he died.
In June or July, take a ride to the fair
The waltzer, or dodgems "See if I care"

Grill the city, toast the town,
Count to three when butter side down.
Butter side down, oh, it’s a bitter pill,
Kills the reason we know your not real

Life’s like a wheel, just spinning around
Your only as good as the last gig you found

Play underground in a cold Stone town
But don't drop your toast, butter side down.
When the night feels long and the days are so few,
Remember life was better, when you lived it true.

So here’s to the moments, both dark and bright,
We'll find a way through, "we’ll win this fight"
With the butter side down, we’ll rise again
Enjoy the calm after storms and rain

Grill the city, toast the town,
Count to three when butter side down.
Butter side down, oh, it’s a bitter pill,
Kills the reason we know your not real
