I have seen a crazy thing
A vision a dream or so it seemed
Just before I fell asleep
Beneath the cover "Dare I peep"?
I rubbed My eyes and scanned around
Hearing the weirdest strangest sound
A tiny Girl with huge blue eyes
A dimpled Nose quite small in size
Her hair was streaked in black and blue
Tied with gingham that matched her shoes
I am here to comfort you
When ever you are feeling Blue
Her dress was casual with a Country feel
Denim material cut to her heel
Sitting and staring upon a Stool
Unsurprised and very cool
I raised my head and put my pillow up
As she lifted her coffee cup
The Mug she held was small and pink
You sent for Me " She said" I think
Actually I quickly replied
If I'm mistaken woe betide
The Constant Prayer that You Made
Saying you were once afraid
I am here to comfort you
When ever you are feeling Blue
Never alone as we are two
As from your prayer I am with You
No one can see me "Only You"
I can keep a secret "Can You Too"?
Call Me dot for that is my name
Night and Day I am The same
Here to help you in any way

So now when I want company
Dot is there so Wondrously
Sometimes I'm Caught by surprise
And again I have to rub my eyes
Dot sends Me a Get well kiss
Misunderstood I make a wish

Bystanders seem to stop and stare
As While with Dot Their unaware
Not knowing whom I'm talking to
So I just laugh and Dot Does too.
