When My light turns off its time to go
Into a world of afterglow
I close my eyes a tunnel appears
I'm going in despite my fears
Daylight fades as I drift down
A calming whisper the only sound
My Heart starts to race in anticipation
Colored Orbs filter illumination
Surrendering Deep within my Mind
Seeking the shapes so defined
Tumbling Down into a darkened world
The wings of Angels become unfurled
Dancing among the Shadows cast
Covered in color and fairy dust
Ushered to take a brand new path
I keep a foot on the other half
The new path untouched no shadows cast
Purple and red Orbs fly straight past
Above the path just out of reach
The sound of waves on a lonely beach
The sands of time forever untouched
I admire the view "yes love it so much"
Daylight streams in to my path ahead
I wake up so calm within my bed
Now after floating towards the new paths glow
I feel refreshed so beautiful
Trying to remember the colorful scene
Realizing it only to be a dream
Maybe I can return tonight
When the light turns off to reveal my sight
The Sandman will surely cast as pure
My wondrous thoughts and vision secure.
