Complimented with a Chocolate Box too
Sent from somebody but not know who
They arrived by mail to my door today
"Special delivery the driver did say"
I never expected to receive such a gift
A surprise indeed that gave me a lift
Excitement swept through Me
I couldn't wait to read the card
The Name not known but tried so hard
To figure that maybe a secret admirer
Had meant to set my heart on fire
Written in ink upon the card
" I hope this gift makes your life a little less hard"

Life is rarely full of surprises
and may turn up in many disguises
And this one is surely for Me
I still wonder who sent it did they really know Me?
Truly Has brightened my ordinary day
I may never know whom sent them my way
A momentous magical unexpected treasure
Turns Valentines day into a pleasure

As we knock them back with Budweiser.
