Don't get carried away but I just want to say

Something I might just regret

Its a million to one chance I know

But I might just take that bet

Would You go out with me If I ask You

Would You make my Day

Would you consider giving me a chance

Or would You turn away

I could just politely say sorry

I'm not normally this bold

But seeing your face and noticing  your grace

and the way you pointed your toe

Has left me needing and wanting to know

Would you come with me to a movie show

or maybe just to the dance. For maybe a little romance?

 

I'm not normally so forward, I'm rather quite shy

But if you turn me down I may even cry

A beauty like You just cannot be true 

And that's why I'm taking my chance

So will you walk with me to the movie or maybe the Town Hall Dance

I know I'm being forward and normally shy

But would you consider a date
